A great place to live for all professionals or business men

Toronto is a very diverse city both culturally and in terms of the attractions and activities it has to offer. Many of these attractions are located in the downtown area, making them extremely easy to visit.

Great Place to Live in the Summer

This street is nice and quiet in the Summer - There are two primary schools located on Curzon so it can get a little noisy when the kids are out for recess or lunch - but come the summer they are on vacation so it quite beautiful. There are large mature trees on this street and all over the neighbourhood and it seems there are new restaurants popping up all over the place - you could go out every night of the week and still find new places to to eat.

One thing tarnishing this area is the treat of a large shopping Centre - We're still hoping they will be turned down and all the small shops in the neighbouthood will continue to flourish. Otherwise this is a great street - and all the houses that go up for sale get sold really quickly - the neighbours are second to none. I was actually amazed how friendly the people were and still are. welcomimng you to their street. Totally unheard of in a city the size of Toronto.

Glen Ames Avenue

Located in the heart of Toronto's Beach neighbourhood, Glen Ames Avenue is a beautiful tree lined residential street. It is also lined with some beautiful homes, which now demand some of Toronto's steepest prices. A large public elementary/middle school, by the same name, is located on the street and serves the areas children.

a neighbourhood of extremes

There are a lot of shelters and community support centres on and around Sherbourne, especially from Queen to Carleton. As a result there are some pockets that are more dangerous than others. The southern end of Sherbourne from Queen Street south is great, with new condos going up all the time, and more services moving in to support the new residents.
