One of Toronto's Gems (has lived here)

A beautiful long dead-end street that runs north of Queen Street East just before the Queen streetcar turns around. The street runs the length of a ravine of sorts, such that the backyards of many of the homes rise up. Massive trees contribute to the streets greatest stregths, its ties to nature. Being only a block from the shore of Lake Ontario, and so close to the shops and beach itself that all have made the area known now as The Beach so saught after. The residential detached homes that line the street are made up of a wide variety of architecture, each being unique not only in design, but also how it is situated in the landscape.

Hi brennan,.

This sounds like a great street to live in, but I am looking to buy for an investment. Is there anything here that I might be missing?
