I found this great video and article written by a native real estate prefessional Sam Soukas of RE/MAX Hallmark Realty. It's an interesting take on what makes a great neighborhood! Sam goes on to say that the quality of the coffee shops really make the neighborhood for him. Worth the watch:

Definitely coffee shops! You get coffee, somewhere to hang out, hopefully along with some eye candy also hanging out for good coffee and social opportunities :-)

Coffee Shops around your residence give a relaxing ambiance to the region and I am not sure if every one thinks like that and even I don’t have any specific reason to say so.
