“Friendly street close to everything downtown!”

Great combination of owned homes and rental property, with a friendly neighbourhood vibe and classic regional architecture.

“The wonderful world clayton park!”

Clayton Park is a great street for people to live on, that are on the go.Easy access to the hi-ways, and Bayers Lake shopping district.Alot of people that live in this area, refer to it as " A city, inside of a city"

I bought my house on Tulip just over 2 Years ago. My house is over 100 years old. After a little bit of research I learned is was the second home built on the street, back when most of Dartmouth was still farm land.
