“Great place to live for families” (works in the area)

White Rock is a great place to live. I've been living here since childhood and know the area well. It is a great place to raise a family due to the fact that it is close to beaches, parks, pools and more. The restaurants are close by and offer great views and choice, the transit system is very good so getting around is easy and there's been a recent explosion of construction (mainly condos / townhouses) resulting in some affordable housing - especially for first time home owners.
